This long and flat steak cut from the plate section of the steer, is beloved for its flavor. Not the most tender steak we sell, but as I said this is a flavor machine. Great on the grill, in the oven or sauteing in a hot skillet... just be sure not to overcook this lean cut. Be sure to cut thinly against the grain. Often used in Fajitas!
