I actually didn't know what to do with these for the first 2 years of buying beef from Meadow Maid....But after finally consulting Cindy (at Meadow Maid), she let me know these are the better ribs of the 2! Back ribs are the equivalent to Baby Back Ribs on the pig... Meatier, tender-er and just plain delicious. You will still want to slow cook these in the oven, smoker or crock pot.... but get that BBQ Sauce Ready!
Most packs of back ribs are 5-6 bones per package, with some a bit bigger and some smaller. If size is a concern, please make a comment for your preferred sizes.
