We got ourselves a large electric commercial kettle and have made 2 batches of Jodar Farms Turkey Bone Broth. We use necks, backs and gizzards in this stock and let it simmer for 24-26 hours. The broth has turned out great with great flavor and collagen content. The quarts will be frozen and ready to store in the freezer OR toss it in the fridge for use that week. I sip it plain, use it as a soup base, braise veggies and meat in it and it's also a great base for gravies.
**We do NOT salt or season this Broth to avoid any dietary conflicts**
