Cured Ham Roast (LARGE)

Cured and smoked bone in roasts.  I often hear from folks who cook these for Christmas, Easter and Thanksgving... "This was the best Ham I've ever had!" I believe them.... they really do taste great. These have been 95% cooked, so I usually just slow roast mine in the oven at 275-300 and watch the temperature with a thermometer. I usually glaze the roast multiple times as I bring it back to around 160 F. Just watch that temp... you don't want to overcook it again as they can dry out a little.
