Fresh Ham Roast (Bone-In)

We get requests for these roasts by lots of folks that are from across the pond or have been cooking for decades.  Fresh Ham roasts are NOT cured or smoked, so don't confuse them with our cured roasts.  Slow cooking, smoking or oven roasting are the best ways to cook these roasts.  I am partial to salt brining these Hams for a few days and then tossing them on the Traeger!

These Hams are usually weighing in around 4.5-6lb.
