This.  This meat... oh man.  This meat is so special.  This is where Bacon is made and where young cooks fall in love with the PIG.  Filled with beautiful fat and tender meat.... we sell so much pork belly to folks and the options are endless with what to do.  Whether you want to cure your own belly, Sou Vide in a brine, use it in a Ramen or just braise it in the oven... you CANNOT go wrong with belly.  Disclaimer... this is not Bacon, but can be made into bacon.  Please don't buy this expecting it to taste like bacon.
