Back by popular demand.... we have Uncle Mike's Beef. Raised in the fields on the Vine Drive location by Mike Rice, these are cows that are raised on pasture and finished using brewers grains from multiple small breweries in town. Uncle Mike only raises around 15 head per year and uses them to help get through the hay from his custom haying business he does on the side. After retiring from CSU last year Uncle Mike tends to these cows daily, keeping them well fed and healthy.

If you weren't around 7 years ago, then you haven't had a chance to try this beef... this stuff really is tasty. If you were here 7 years ago, then you know what I am talking about. This is great on the BBQ or in the meatball for spaghetti night. But be sure to grab a lb of bacon to go with it ;)
