These are coming from our 2026 Pastured Hogs fed a certified Organic Feed from Yoder Farms in Trinidad, CO.
These Bone-In Chops must have come off some pretty big hogs. They are massive and well marbled. Tipping the scales at 2-2.5 lbs per package, these are some impressive items. I'm going to be honest... if you guys don't buy these, that will be ok with me... they might just end up in my freezer instead!
