These are coming from our 2026 Pastured Hogs fed a certified Organic Feed from Yoder Farms in Trinidad, CO.
These are cubed shoulder meat that are great for skewers on the BBQ... But I also will use these in stews and Chilis as well. Generally these have a fair amount of marble, but not over the top. These are the lazy cook's pork shoulder in some regards!
