Pork Tenderloin
Boneless Pork Tenderloin ~1lb each
When you have boneless pork chops cut, you end up with some beautiful chops, 1 rack of Baby Back Ribs and 1 ~1lb Tenderloin. These pieces of meat are hard to get ahold of here at Jodar Farms mostly because they are delicious AND there are only 2 per pig! Don't ask me for recommendations on how to best cook these because they are so rare, they almost NEVER make it into my freezer!
