1 Side of a Whole Bone-In Skin-On Breast Split

We parted out our off season turkeys into what we thought would be the easiest to work with and most popular cuts. The whole breast is from some bigger birds, so they are definitely still a great option for a large dinner or lots of delicious turkey leftovers!

Oven roasted, on the smoker or grill are probably the best for these. I can also see these getting ground up into lean white meat turkey by some of our home kitchen butchers!
