1 Turkey Leg and Thigh per Bag ~3 lbs
We grew some off season turkeys and figured since it's not Thanksgiving time we'd better cut these birds up and part them out. SOOO.... Turkey Leg and Thighs (Leg Quarters) are now ready for your grill! The drum and the thigh are still connected and are perfect for the dark meat connoisseur.
We have grilled, smoked and baked these so far... my favorite has been the smoker. I also think these would be great for the amateur butcher to bone-out and grind in their Kitchen Aide.
