We parted out our off season turkeys into what we thought would be the easiest to work with and most popular cuts.
Oven roasted, on the smoker or grill are probably the best for these. Eating these wings will make you feel like a hobbit eating chicken wings! When my kids hold the drumette it almost looks like a chicken leg!
