We have raised these birds on pasture fed an Organic feed from Yoder Family Farms in Trinidad, CO. The feed is certified organic and uses a plethora of grains and legumes to make a balanced diet. The feed does include organic corn (grown in Trinidad) and organic soybean meal (usually sourced in Kansas). These birds are fully processed, packed in a plastic bag and frozen. These are chickens that taste the way Chicken tasted when Grandma was a little girl!
