Back by popular demand, the cured ham steak. These things are one of the most useful and easy cuts of meat to use. Just last week I grilled two of these for dinner and we used the leftovers for ham sandwiches. We also will use these for breakfast ham in the skillet and they are a great addition to a pot of beans or soup. Remember this meat has been cured and smoked, so you don't need to over cook them as they will dry out. I must say, with just the right sear on that fat.... we are talking about heaven.
