OG Bacon- 2026 Summer CSA Members ONLY

These are coming from our 2026 Pastured Hogs fed a certified Organic Feed from Yoder Farms in Trinidad, CO.  


Due to extreme shortages of bacon this season, we can only offer these limited packages to Current 2026 Summer CSA members.  In addition, in an effort to stretch the limited packages out, we can only sell a max of 2 packs per order.  Very sorry for any inconveniences!

Our Bacon has been described to us a heavenly and slightly less addictive than caffeine.  You know.... bacon and coffee do go well together... just saying.  Anyhow, our bacon is delicious, it's hickory smoked and is cured using celery powder.  I always say, you can't have too much bacon.  Plus how good does a BLT sound right now!?!?

**Due to limited quantities, we will not be separating out bacon into multiple marbling categories.  This round of bacon is leaning to the side of more marble, but remember, bacon isn't supposed to be lean**
